Thank you for 2011! We are closed
from Jan. 1 to Feb. 8 & will reopen on Thurs., Feb.9,
2012 @ 5 p.m. The Bistro Staff is off discovering
new, exciting culinary trends, dishes & renewing our
spirits for the coming year. Due to your input, we
will be streamlining our menu & accepting a limited
number of reservations for all size parties to help
reduce the wait time for a table as well as our entrees.
Since our professinal kitchen staff prepares all entrees
to order & we do not serve processed foods, we are not
the fastest game in town. However, we do take
pride in the quality & consistency of our cuisine! We
are definitely old school!

The
Bistro-by-the-Sea Restaurant and Private Banquet Facility is owned and
operated by the husband and wife team of Chef Tim
Coyne,
and General Manager Libby Eaton. Both Tim and Libby take pride in the
fact that Tim is "cooking on the line" and Libby is greeting their
guests every night they are open. To ensure a creative, consistent
product, the restaurant is open only five days a week. By keeping a
fresh, positive energy flow, it is passed on through their staff by the
impeccable service and attention to detail that is evident during
your experience with them.
Chef Coyne grew up in his relative's Italian restaurant and worked
himself up through every position. To increase his knowledge, he earned
a Culinary Arts degree from Schoolcraft College in Livonia, MI. Libby
graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, IN with a B.S. degree.
The owners and staff at the Bistro welcome every lover of fine food,
wine, spirits and music to join us in the near future. |
