The Bistro-by-the-Sea
Restaurant and Private Banquet Facility is owned and operated by the
husband and wife team of Chef Tim Coyne,
and General Manager Libby Eaton. Both Tim and Libby take pride in
the fact that Tim is "cooking on the line" and Libby is
greeting their guests every night they are open. To ensure a creative,
consistent product, the restaurant is open only five days a week.
By keeping a fresh, positive energy flow from their staff, it is passed
on through their staff by the impeccable service and attention to
detail that is evident in their cuisine.
Chef
Coyne grew up in his relative's Italian restaurant and worked himself
up through every position. To increase his knowledge, he earned a
Culinary Arts degree from Schoolcraft College in Livonia, MI. Libby
graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, IN with a B.S. degree.
The
owners and staff at the Bistro welcome every lover of fine food, wine,
spirits and music to join in the near future.
